In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including its original packaging, box, and any accompanying materials. The item must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.

Due to the nature of perfume products and to maintain hygiene and product integrity, we apply a strict usage condition. The liquid level in the returned perfume bottle must not be reduced by more than 5 milliliters (5ml) from its original level. Any product that shows excessive use beyond this limit will not qualify for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. These include perfume samples, as well as products purchased during sale events, promotional offers, or at discounted prices.

Any item returned without its original packaging, or any product that has been damaged due to improper handling by the customer, will not be accepted. Products that show clear signs of excessive use or tampering will also be rejected.

Shipping Charges and Deductions

All delivery charges are non-refundable. In cases where an order was shipped with a free delivery offer, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 250 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Inspection and Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure compliance with the return conditions stated in this policy.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within seven (7) working days from the date of inspection. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.

Order Cancellation

Exchanges
